【Pre-trip Information】

• Please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting: If you do not participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons (late arrival/getting lost/physical discomfort, etc.), you will not be refunded. Please note that no refunds will be given.
• This itinerary is a group tour with a fixed route. You will be sharing the ride with other passengers throughout the trip. Stopping outside of the attractions is not allowed.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a small car model with the driver acting as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the trip (in the case of a small car, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary pace, and the driver will focus on driving, with relatively brief explanations).
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather. In the event of delays or partial changes, no refunds or compensation will be provided. Passengers who need to take a flight on the same day should register with caution or reserve sufficient time.
• Each person can bring one piece of luggage for free. For extra luggage, you can pay 2000 Japanese Yen/piece to the driver/guide on the spot. Please be sure to note this when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the guide has the right to refuse you to board the bus, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• This product is a seasonal cherry blossom viewing itinerary. Cherry blossoms are a natural landscape, and the flowering time and flower conditions are greatly affected by climate, temperature, rainfall, and other factors, which are uncertain. Our company cannot guarantee that the cherry blossoms will be in full bloom on the day of the visit. If they have not bloomed, the flowers are scarce, or the flowering period has passed, the itinerary will still be carried out normally, and related situations do not constitute a basis for refunds or compensation. Please confirm before registering.
• Registration for seniors over 70 years old and pregnant women: No later than one day before departure, please request and sign a disclaimer from the staff’s email jingyu12333@163.com, and return it to us to ensure travel safety.

【Information During the Trip】

• The stay time at each attraction has been optimized. Please strictly abide by the time to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
• The itinerary time may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, and crowds. In the event of delays or partial itinerary changes, refunds or compensation cannot be requested. Please forgive us and understand the uncertainty of the journey.
• Traffic congestion may occur during holidays and peak periods. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary depending on the situation. Please be prepared and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• In order to maintain the cleanliness of the carriage, please do not eat or drink in the car. If damage is caused, cleaning fees will be charged according to local standards. Please work together to create a comfortable riding environment.
• If you leave the group on your own/leave the team midway after the itinerary starts, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver of service, and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for your own safety during the breakaway period)
