• [Scenic Area Certificate] To enter the scenic area, you must present the original ID card, passport, or Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents as filled in during the reservation process. If you are unable to enter the scenic area due to not bringing the required documents or providing incorrect information, any additional costs incurred will be your responsibility. Please inform us in advance if you have any discount certificates when registering. The refund amount will be the difference between the team ticket price purchased by the travel agency and the actual discounted ticket price, which will be refunded by the tour guide on the spot, and is not the listed price! If you do not inform us in advance, we will purchase adult tickets by default, and no discounts will be available for refunds. Thank you for your understanding!
• [Shopping Reminder] Shopping at scenic spots and stores along the way is a voluntary personal behavior. Please choose carefully and properly keep your invoices and certificates. This type of shopping is not related to the travel agency.
• Other reminders: You are not allowed to leave the tour group without permission during the trip, otherwise, the tourist will bear all losses and consequences caused thereby. In case of itinerary delays or other expenses due to force majeure, please understand and take care of them yourself. Once this itinerary is joined, no refunds will be given for any reason if the guest leaves or withdraws from the group midway.

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Usage validity

Eligibility

• Children with a height of 121cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults
• Child price standard: Height 0.0~1.2 meters (inclusive), including parking fee and tour guide service fee, all other fees are not included. Please take care of any costs incurred if the height is exceeded.
