- Children's tickets: Free for children under 6 years old or 1.2 meters tall (must be accompanied by an adult)
Booking limitations
- We recommend booking 1 day in advance, and 3 days in advance during peak season (October to April).
Additional information
- Exchange Instructions: Please present your foreign passport / Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents at the visitor center to exchange for a ticket to enter the park.
- The scenic area has an altitude of 1600-3700 meters. Please take precautions against the cold and altitude sickness.
- The best time to see glaciers is before 10:00 AM, when visibility is high on clear days.
- Prepare sunscreen, windproof, and warm clothing, as well as sunglasses (for glacier reflection).

How to get there
- Self-driving: Chengdu → G5 Jingkun Expressway → G4218 Ya'an-Yecheng Expressway → Luding → Moxi Town → Hailuogou, about 5 hours
- Public transportation: Take a bus from Chengdu Xinnanmen Station to Moxi Town (about 6 hours), then take a sightseeing bus to enter the park.

This is an incredibly beautiful glacier park.
The snow here is stunning—definitely the most beautiful snow scenery I have ever seen.

This is an incredibly beautiful park with very few visitors.
It feels like I’ve found a fairy tale world.
It’s well worth visiting to see the snow.
