- Multiple bookings: If you have made multiple bookings and wish to travel together, please provide all booking confirmation numbers after booking
- Leaving the tour early: Please inform the guide, and no refunds will be provided for any unused portion
- Vehicle transfers: In some cases, passengers may be transferred to another vehicle if necessary
- Admission tickets: Admission tickets must be purchased during booking or directly from the guide on the day of the tour. Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted
- Smoking is prohibited on buses, at attractions, and in hotels (fines may apply, USD 250+)
- For safety reasons, pregnant guests may join only if they are 24 weeks or less pregnant by the end of the trip

- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
- Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions
