What to expect
Starting at the station you will be given a safety briefing and an overview of your trip before you are loaded into your own railcar and head up the track. Your audio guide will describe stories, as well as historical and scenic features such as the Toi tu te Whenua sculpture, the historical Tarukenga Marae, Ohekeriki Forest (Dansey Road Scenic Reserve), rolling farmland and the Mamaku Railcruising Station with a history of its own!
