Our tour guide was Miquel, who taught us how to ski very patiently. It is very suitable for people who are trying to ski for the first time, because the difficulty is not too high. I will practice on the flat ground at first, and then I will go to the slope and start sliding. Overall it is a great experience. It would be better if the experience could be longer!
We arrived at the meeting point before 1:30 PM, and the tour group was divided into two groups. However, we waited for the other group, which took a little longer, so we didn't depart until almost 2:00 PM. After arriving at the ski resort and changing into our gear, it was almost 2:30 PM before we started skiing. We only skied until around 3:50 PM before heading back, even though the itinerary on the order stated it would be until 6:30 PM. The tour guide helped us inquire about the ending time, but both tour guides didn't seem very familiar with the venue or the route. The travel agency representative said it only lasted until 5:00 PM, and that included transporting us to the ski resort and returning to return the clothes. I don't think the price matches the service, so the value for money is really not high. I suggest switching tour groups! But the guy in the clothing rental group was pretty good and recommended some good food and fun things to do nearby! Experience: It wasn't quite the same as described in the experience details, and the time didn't match either.
The weather is so cold at -15 but the car doesnt have heater inside so we are freezing inside the car. my kid feels too cold and go inside the car but it cant help since it's cold too. 5 of us only around 15 minutes before we stopped the acticity
Didnt get to do the skiing due to not enough snow so we decided to change to quadbike tour. They offered this change at their office and i decided to top up another 20euro for a solo ride. And throughout all of this hassle, they failed to inform that a driving licence was needed for the quadbike tour. All the trouble that went through for nothing but the staffs were friendly and helpful.
The actual activity was completely different from what was written. In fact, it was just skiing in a straight line on the ski slope, without walking in the forest or at small spots, and the activity ended before 5 o'clock. The coach is very nice, but the content of the activity is completely different and unacceptable
The tour guide Jane taught very well and was patient. It was a great experience.
