- Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 15 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying subsequent itineraries, late arrivals will not be accommodated.
- In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made one day prior to departure (local time 18:00) as to whether to cancel the tour. You will be notified by email afterwards.
- On the day of the tour, the order of attractions, the duration of stay, or the cancellation of some attractions may be adjusted due to road conditions, etc. The arrival time for the return trip may also be significantly delayed, so please be aware.
- The Zao snow monsters are subject to weather conditions and may vary slightly. There is a possibility that they cannot be viewed. Once the tour is confirmed, it will proceed as scheduled regardless of the snow monster situation, so please be aware.
- Please gather at the designated time and place. If you fail to arrive at the agreed meeting point on time, it will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment of your itinerary, and no refunds or compensation will be given, so please be aware.
- The tour leader will not contact passengers proactively the day before departure. Please go to the meeting point on the day of departure at the designated meeting time and look for the LION TRAVEL sign to check in.
- At each tourist spot in winter, depending on the weather conditions, you may not be able to enjoy the snow scenery.
- The above itineraries are estimated arrival times. Traffic conditions are beyond control. Please avoid scheduling activities that evening, and please understand any delays.
- Bus seats are one seat per person, and advance seat reservations cannot be accepted. According to legal regulations, passengers must wear seat belts while the bus is running, so please cooperate.
- Due to limited luggage storage space, each person is limited to one piece of luggage under 28 inches, so please cooperate.
- The cable car may be either the Zao Ropeway or the Zao Chuo Ropeway depending on reservations and on-site conditions.
- The Ginzan Onsen shuttle bus is at your own expense, and the amount is 1000 yen. If there is a significant increase, there may be an additional charge on site.
- Meal contents may be adjusted due to restaurant's ingredients on the day, etc., depending on the on-site situation.
- The bus seats and restaurant seats used in the experience itinerary may be shared with other tour members, depending on the arrangements made by the tour leader and facilities on the day.
