- Fushimi Jikkokubune Stroll along the Fushimi Ujigawa distributary, enjoying the spring scenery where cherry blossoms, willows, and traditional sake breweries intertwine along the riverbank. Once a waterway used for transporting passengers and cargo, it now allows visitors to experience Fushimi’s historical charm from the riverside. This itinerary includes a riverside walk and does not include a ride on the Jikkokubune.

- Sewari-tei Located in Yawata City, Kyoto, Sewari-tei is one of Kansai’s most famous cherry blossom paths. Along the 1.4-kilometer embankment, about 250 Somei Yoshino cherry trees are planted, creating a magnificent pink cherry blossom tunnel every spring. Walking through it, you can experience a dreamy atmosphere with cherry blossoms intertwining overhead and petals drifting in the wind.
While wandering along the path, you can overlook the river views where the Kizugawa and Yodogawa rivers meet. With an open view, it is great for taking panoramic photos, walking, and picnicking, making it Kyoto’s most popular spring cherry blossom viewing experience. Every year during the cherry blossom season, the lively “Sewari-tei Sakura Festival” is also held, where you can taste local snacks and enjoy limited-time events, adding to the joy of spring.

- Daigo-ji Temple Daigo-ji Temple is a famous World Heritage site in Kyoto, hailed as one of “Kyoto’s premier cherry blossom viewing spots.” It gained even greater fame after Toyotomi Hideyoshi hosted the “Daigo no Hami” (Daigo Cherry Blossom Viewing) banquet in 1598. The temple grounds are vast, with various cherry blossoms planted extensively throughout the Sanbo-in, Garan area, and Reihokan Museum, including Somei Yoshino, weeping cherry, and mountain cherry trees, numbering in the thousands.

Experience Kyoto's three most famous cherry blossom viewing spots all at once! My favorite is the Sewaritei Cherry Blossom Path, where you can stroll along a 1.4-kilometer gentle slope, admiring the lush, blooming cherry trees on both sides, and enjoying the warm spring weather. It's truly one of life's great pleasures! During the cherry blossom festival, various viewing spots feature food trucks and stalls offering both traditional Japanese snacks and Western delicacies, adding wonderful memories to this once-a-year flower viewing season.
I'm extremely satisfied with this itinerary; it included all the sights I wanted to see. Fushimi Jikkokubune, Daigo-ji Temple, and Sewaritei were all in full bloom and absolutely beautiful. At Daigo-ji Temple, I even saw the cherry blossoms fluttering like snow in the wind. Our guide, Wen Ling, helped me take many wonderful photos. This cherry blossom chase was a success!
one of our best tour we have in Japan eventhough weather is windy and a bit cold. perfect combination between Sakura bloom and temple. Wen ling our tour leader has excellent she gave information about places we visited with good explanations.
The tour guide provided very detailed explanations and shared information about local specialty foods. The timing of the itinerary was just right. It was a memorable visual feast, as the cherry blossoms were in full bloom at the attractions.
my first klook trip. Excellent advice, support and guide Ms Huang Wenling. When we reached Fushimi, the tickets for the boat ride were fully sold out online. She brought me to the Gekkeikan Sake Museum because I was interested. She waited for me, and I was very grateful to her. At Daigo Ji, she helped me re enter one of the sites because I wanted to see the cherry blossoms again. At Sewaritei, she spontaneously took photos of me.
Wenling's explanation and hospitality were just right, and she flexibly adjusted the time spent at each attraction. The entire itinerary met our expectations.
On Sunday, April 5th, our tour guide, Miss Mingming, who is Taiwanese, was very dedicated in her explanations. The itinerary and time management were smooth, and the driver was also very friendly. It was a very pleasant day!

Good to know
- In the event of bad weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made the day before departure (local time 18:00) as to whether to cancel the tour. You will be notified by email.
- The flower viewing season may be slightly affected by weather conditions. After the tour is formed, the departure will proceed as scheduled regardless of the cherry blossom blooming situation. Your understanding is appreciated.
- Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying the subsequent itinerary, we will not wait for latecomers.
- Type of vehicle: Vehicle dispatch will be based on the number of people. When traveling with a small number of people, a driver will be arranged to also act as an accompanying staff member to provide full travel services. A tour leader will not be dispatched separately. Your understanding is appreciated.
- Due to limited luggage storage space, please inquire in advance if you wish to bring large luggage. Thank you for your cooperation.
