• In case of traffic congestion or any other uncontrollable situations, changes in the schedule and route may occur. Please note that for these reasons, the operator will not cancel the tour or issue any refunds
• A decision on whether to cancel the tour (due to weather conditions, etc.) will be decided by 3:00pm (Japanese time) a day before the trip date. A notice will be sent via email. In this case, full refunds or reschedules will be issued
• Maps of the bus stop will be attached to the final confirmation letter, which will be sent to you within 48 hours after the reservation is made
