What to expect
The course is taught by senior food consultant Fire Yau, and it teaches eight units in a practical way, including the production skills of authentic Hong Kong-style street snacks, knife skills, fried food processing, dessert snacks, and the operational knowledge necessary for entrepreneurship. Students will follow the instructor to practice various Hong Kong-style classics step by step, such as pan-fried three treasures, egg waffles, fake shark fin soup, curry fish balls, put chai ko, peanut candy, etc., and conduct group practice in the last lesson.
