What to expect

The course is taught by senior food consultant Fire Yau, and it teaches eight units in a practical way, including the production skills of authentic Hong Kong-style street snacks, knife skills, fried food processing, dessert snacks, and the operational knowledge necessary for entrepreneurship. Students will follow the instructor to practice various Hong Kong-style classics step by step, such as pan-fried three treasures, egg waffles, fake shark fin soup, curry fish balls, put chai ko, peanut candy, etc., and conduct group practice in the last lesson. It is very suitable for students who are interested in food, entrepreneurship or Hong Kong culture.
