SHOW OBSERVATION NOTICE

  • Entry will be restricted after the show begins and only allowed during designated intervals. Latecomers will be guided to latecomer seats and can move to their original seats during intermission. Please arrive with ample time to fully enjoy the experience of LIFE OF PI the Play.
  • Unauthorized photography, video, or audio recording is strictly prohibited during the entire performance, including curtain call. We kindly ask for your full cooperation.
  • Please note that, in line with the director’s artistic vision, the production contains intense flashing lights and loud noises, as well as depictions of animal suffering, death, and violence presented through puppetry. Elements such as mild gore and implied cannibalism are also included, which may be disturbing to some audience members. Please take this into account when booking tickets.
  • Seats in 1st Floor Sections A, B, C Rows 1–3 offer a vivid, close-up view of the stage, lighting, and performances. However, due to the low positioned lower stage where there is no set elevation, sightline obstructions may occur at times from front-row movement by the actors. We recommend selecting seats on the 2nd Floor or the mid-to-high-level 1st Floor sides for a balanced view.
  • Seats in 3rd Floor have a low railing (fixed rail seat type) with a raised seat surface and lower footrest compared to standard seats. Please take this into account when booking.
  • Casting is subject to change without prior notice due to cast or production circumstances.
  • The audience is responsible for understanding the venue’s policies. No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will be issued for any issues arising from failure to comply with these regulations.

  • The GS Tower underground parking lot is shared among office tenants, facility users, and theatre audiences, and is often very crowded. Parking may be especially limited during weekday matinees, and weekends/holidays require significant additional time. Entry may be restricted depending on on-site conditions. NOTICE REGARDING UNAUTHORIZED TICKET SALES

  • There have been increasing reports of ticket fraud and scams involving unofficial resales via second-hand websites, Social Media, blogs, and online communities.
  • Tickets obtained through such channels, including premium resales and fraudulent transfers, are subject to cancellation without notice and will be invalid for entry on the day of the show.
  • These tickets may be canceled under the authority of the organizer, and the holder will bear full responsibility for any damages or consequences.
  • Neither the production nor the official ticketing providers will be responsible for any problems caused by such unauthorized transactions.
