Seats and Vehicles
- This is a group tour. Seat allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please specify any special requests in the remarks section. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but the final arrangement will be subject to on-site conditions.
- The type of vehicle used will depend on the number of participants and cannot be specified. When there are fewer participants, a driver may also serve as the attendant, and the explanation may be briefer.
- If you need to bring luggage, please inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without prior notice, the tour guide reserves the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be given. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle. You will be required to pay compensation according to local standards for any stains or damage caused.
Itinerary Adjustments and Safety
- Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If this time is exceeded, additional fees will be incurred (ranging from ¥5,000 to ¥10,000 per hour).
- The itinerary is for reference only. Actual transportation, stopover, and sightseeing times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, facility maintenance, or other circumstances. The tour guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation.
- In the event that facilities such as cable cars or cruise ships are suspended due to weather or force majeure, you will visit other attractions or adjust the length of stay.
- No refunds will be given for lateness, changes to the meeting point, or leaving the group midway for personal reasons. You will be responsible for any accidents or additional expenses incurred after leaving the group.
Season and Scenery
- During winter, if expressways are closed or scenic spots have restricted access due to special circumstances, we will reduce or change the route, and no refunds will be given.
Other Information
- Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for latecomers, and you cannot join the tour midway.
- It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain tours.
* The tour does not include personal travel or accident insurance. It is recommended that you purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve certain risks. Please register cautiously based on your health condition.
* If the tour is forced to be canceled due to natural disasters or force majeure after departure, no refunds will be given, and you will be responsible for your own return or additional accommodation costs.
* During Japanese public holidays and peak weekend travel times, there is often severe traffic congestion or early closing of attractions. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinners for the same evening, and to bring your own light meals and power banks.
