Nice mini Christmas carnival although a Lil pricey. Can buy tickets via klook, same price as in person but can get klookcredits.

Fuss free redemption and slightly lower prices than buying on the spot since coupons could be used. The set up outside Isetan was small but had cute festive vibes. Staff manning the stalls were fun and friendly.

Great deal during flash sell: $50 for 100credits. Credits runs out really fast as min. 6 credits for each game. Reindeer ride is 8 credits for each child, adult is foc.

Overall good experience, hope to have this yearly. Only thing is it can get quite crowded during the peak period and wet weather means unable to ride some rides.

Fellow parents, please save your money and do not go. Almost all the carnival games have been designed to make children lose, with the exception of one or two games where you get a very tiny cheap toy. After spending $60 worth of credits and winning nothing at all, my kid was extremely demoralised and burst into tears. In addition, the staff are very strict and unfriendly to children. For example, I saw small children who misfired their shot by accident during the game and were not given second chances. Practically all the children around me lost in their games, and they were met with cold emotionless expressions as the staff simply reset their game counters. Kids have a better fighting chance if the parents play for them, but then where is the fun in that? Bouncy castle is also disappointingly small.
