【Pre-Trip Information】

• Please be on time for the meeting: If you are unable to participate in the tour due to personal reasons (being late, getting lost, feeling unwell, etc.), no refunds will be provided. Please note that no refunds will be given.
• This tour is a group tour with a fixed route. You will be sharing transportation with other passengers throughout the tour. Parking is not allowed outside of the attractions.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a smaller vehicle model with a driver/guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the journey. (In the case of a smaller vehicle, you will enjoy a more flexible tour pace. The driver will mainly focus on driving, and the explanation content will be relatively brief.)
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to irresistible factors such as traffic and weather. In case of delays or partial changes, no refunds or compensation will be provided. Passengers who need to catch a flight on the same day should sign up with caution or reserve sufficient time.
• Each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. For any additional luggage exceeding this limit, you can pay JPY 2000/piece to the driver/guide on site. Please be sure to make a note when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the guide has the right to refuse you to board the bus and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Registration for seniors over 70 years old and pregnant women: Please request and sign a disclaimer from the staff’s email jingyu12333@163.com no later than one day before departure, and return it to us to ensure travel safety.
• Ikoma Sanjo Amusement Park is closed for winter from December 1st (Monday) to March of the following year (expected to open in March 2026). During the closure period, the itinerary will be adjusted to go to Hirakata Park.
• If Ikoma Sanjo Amusement Park is temporarily closed, the itinerary will also be replaced with Hirakata Park, and the entrance fee to Hirakata Park will be at your own expense.
• Hirakata Park has fixed closing dates: December 1st to December 5th, December 8th to December 12th. Tours will not be available on the above dates. Please pay attention to the travel time.

【During the Trip】

• The stopping time at each attraction has been optimally designed. Please strictly adhere to the time to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
• The itinerary time may be adjusted due to irresistible factors such as traffic, weather, and crowds. In the event of delays or partial itinerary changes, refunds or compensation cannot be requested. Please understand and acknowledge the uncertainty of the journey.
• Traffic congestion may occur during holidays and peak periods. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary depending on the situation. Please be prepared and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the carriage, please do not eat or drink in the vehicle. If any soiling occurs, cleaning fees will be charged according to local standards. Please work together to create a comfortable riding environment.
• If you leave the group on your own or leave the team midway after the trip starts, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver of service, and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for your own safety during the period of leaving the group.)
