• Holiday surcharge: USD 25 per person applies for travel on 31 December 2025, 1 January 2026, February 14 to 26, 2026; April 26, 2026, April 29 to May 1, 2026; and September 1 to 2, 2026, December 31, 2026 to January 1, 2027. Payable directly on site. per person

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Pick-up information

• Pick up time: 8:00am (morning session) or 1:00pm (afternoon session)
• Free pick up at district 1, 3, 4, and 5
• Please arrive at your hotel's lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time
• Please be patient in case of any unforeseen delays along the pick up route
• Please note: A surcharge of VND50,000/pax will be applied for pick up locations outside district 1, 3, 4 and 5. Surcharges must be paid directly to the guide

Eligibility

• Free for children aged 0-3 as long as they will not occupy separate seats
• Children with a height of 130cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children aged 0-8 must be accompanied by an adult on the motorbike
• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
