Luggage Information

• Baggage Calculation:
• The baggage size calculation standard is based on a 24-inch suitcase.
• Large suitcases over 24 inches will be counted as 2 pieces, and any vehicle type can only accommodate two suitcases.
• Oversized Baggage Fees and Acceptable Baggage Size Information:
• (1) 20-inch: Height including wheels 55cm x Width 34cm x Depth 22cm
• (2) 24 inches: Height with wheels 65cm x Width 41cm x Depth 24cm
• (3) 26 inches: 70cm high x 44cm wide x 25cm thick including wheels
• (4) 29 inches: 75cm (height with wheels) x 48cm (width) x 30cm (depth)
• (5) If the number of passengers is less than the maximum, one additional 24-inch luggage can be accommodated for each passenger less. If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the capacity, the driver has the right to refuse the ride without a refund.

Surcharge table

• An additional fee of 100 RMB per hour will be charged after 9:00 PM.
• Changbaishan Crown, Blue View, Hilton Hotel, Xianfeng Xueling/Laolike Lake are not within the free pick-up and drop-off range of the North Slope/West Slope/Yanji. If you need pick-up/drop-off at this hotel/area, you will need to pay the price difference. Please consult customer service for the specific price difference.
