Child Seat and Luggage Regulations •This service uses officially operated vehicles, and the use of child seats is not mandatory. If needed, please inform us in advance when booking, and the supplier can provide 1 free of charge. 　※ Each child seat occupies approximately 1.5 people’s space, which may affect passenger or luggage capacity. •Standard luggage size is 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance for oversized luggage or strollers, as they will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. •If the passenger or luggage capacity is exceeded and you are unable to board, the responsibility and costs will be borne by the passenger. Vehicle Arrangement and Driving Range •All vehicle types may be adjusted to the same class of vehicle depending on the dispatch on the day. Vehicle models cannot be specified. •If a 7-seater car carries 6 large adults, it is recommended to upgrade to a 10-seater model to ensure comfort. •Vehicles are limited to driving within a 300 km radius from the departure hotel. •Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to hotels or hostels within the 23 wards of Tokyo. If the area is exceeded, a deadhead fee will be charged (JPY 5,000～20,000). •Haneda Airport/Disneyland area is not within the Tokyo city area, and a one-way fee will be charged for pick-up and drop-off (JPY 5,000～10,000). Chartered Time and Overtime Fee •Standard service time: 10 hours 　※ If you get on/off at a different location (such as getting on or off at Karuizawa), the service time is 8 hours; for other areas, reserve deadhead time according to the actual arrangement. •Service time range: 07:00-22:00

Overtime Fee Standard: •Vehicles with 10 seats or less: JPY 5,000 per hour exceeding (counted as 1 hour if it exceeds 15 minutes) •Vehicles with 14 seats or more: JPY 10,000 per hour exceeding (counted as 1 hour if it exceeds 15 minutes) ※ Overtime caused by traffic jams, waiting for passengers, or other unforeseen circumstances will be included in the overtime fee. Other reminders •The driver does not speak English, but can use translation software to communicate with passengers. Please confirm that you can accept this condition before booking. 　※ If you need to specify an English-speaking driver, please contact customer service in advance and pay an additional JPY 5,000 designation fee. •The driver’s contact information will be provided 1 day before departure (provided no later than 3 hours before the car is used). Please be on time and wait at the pick-up location 10 minutes in advance. •If the itinerary includes “Fuji Five Lakes”, a mountain climbing fee will be charged on-site (approximately JPY 2,100～3,700), which can be paid by the driver on your behalf. •Notes on using LINE to contact Since LINE IDs in some regions cannot be added to each other, it is recommended to use WhatsApp, WeChat, or email to contact us.
