Winter Illumination Tour | Friendly Reminder
❄️ Warmth & Slip Prevention: Please wear a windproof and warm coat, hat, gloves, thick socks, and non-slip snow boots/shoe covers are strongly recommended; you can also prepare heat packs.
🥾 Road Surface & Walking: Aoiike (Blue Pond), Shirahige Falls, and the Ningle Terrace are mostly frozen roads/steps. Please slow down and take care of children and the elderly.
⏰ Schedule & Illumination: Illumination is during official hours and may be adjusted or canceled due to weather/equipment; we will make slight adjustments to the order or replace it with attractions of equal value.
🚐 Meeting Point & Vehicle: Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance; buckle your seatbelt in the car, and keep luggage to a minimum.
🌲 Private Land Etiquette: For the Christmas tree (around private farmland), please take photos on the designated roadside, do not enter the snowfields, and do not use drones.
🌌 Night Viewing: The temperature is lower and the wind is stronger at dusk and night, and the bridge surface (Shirahige Falls) is especially cold; please secure your mobile phone and camera properly.
🍱 Meals & Restrooms: Restaurants and restrooms are sparsely distributed along the route. It is recommended to bring your own hot drinks/snacks; the guide will arrange appropriate stops.
🧾 Fees & Shopping: Some small shops may prefer cash; please ask for permission before taking photos of works in the store.
🧑⚕️ Health & Safety: People who are sensitive to low temperatures, photosensitive, or have cardiovascular conditions should act according to their ability and carry common medicines and emergency contact information with them.

📩 Pre-Departure Tips
- We will send you a confirmation email after 15:00 (3:00 PM) the day before departure. The email will include: meeting time, tour guide contact information, and vehicle license plate number. Please check your inbox (it may go to the spam folder).

- Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time on the day of departure. Late arrival will be regarded as automatic abandonment and no refund will be given.
- If you use WeChat / WhatsApp / LINE, you can proactively add the tour guide and join the tour group according to the information in the email for timely communication.
- Please keep your mobile phone accessible during the tour so that the tour guide or staff can contact you in time.
- If you have motion sickness, please prepare in advance to avoid affecting your pleasant journey.
- Please take care of your personal belongings and try not to carry valuables; you will be responsible for any loss or damage.
