  • Tasting Room ticket includes an admission ticket. Please present the ticket QR code at the entrance for verification by the organiser.
  • The ticket is only valid for the selected time slot, and each ticket admits one entry for two persons only (unless otherwise specified). Please arrive at Tasting Room 15 minutes before the programme starts.
  • Participants must be aged 18 years or above to be eligible for wine tasting and must produce proof of age, e.g. identity card, passport or other travel documents, for inspection upon the request of Event staff.
  • Any person who is under the age of 18 will not be admitted to the Tasting Room Dinner session. Participants must be aged 18 years or above and bear an official stamp on the hand or any visible part of the body to be eligible for wine tasting and must produce proof of age, e.g. identity card, passport or other travel documents, for inspection upon the request of Event staff.
  • No concessionary ticket will be available for all Tasting Room ticket. Children under the age of 3 dine free of charge with a paying adult, while must be accompanied by an adult and will not occupy a separate seat. Participants aged 3 to 17 are required to pay the full ticket price. Children aged 3-12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Please reserve at least 3 hours for an optimal dining experience.
  • Please note that specific dietary requirements might not be accommodated.
  • This ticket has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • This ticket is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, cannot be re-sold and will be void if altered.
  • No replacement will be offered for any lost, stolen, defaced or damaged ticket.
  • The organiser reserves the right to cancel the Event in case of inclement weather or other unforeseen reasons or circumstances. Appropriate announcements will be made on the day of the Event.

  • Please note that our menu represents the chefs' carefully curated vision, and while we strive to accommodate special requests, modifications to dishes may not be possible. For those with dietary restrictions or allergies, please inform us at the time of booking. With limited seating available, we encourage you to secure your place to experience an evening of extraordinary flavours and exceptional wine pairings!

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:

  • Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at least 72 hours before your dining experience. Due to the curated nature of our menu, we regret that we cannot accommodate strict dietary requirements including vegan, vegetarian, or severe allergies to seafood, dairy, or gluten.

Table Reservations:

  • Tables are configured for parties of 2 or 4 guests. For larger group inquiries, please contact us via email at rsvp.epd@hktb.com . All reservations are subject to confirmation.

Arrival Information:

  • Dinner commences at 7:30pm sharp.
  • Guests are kindly requested to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled reservation time.
  • Punctuality ensures an optimal dining experience and allows you to fully appreciate each carefully timed course.

Late Arrivals:

  • Reservations will be held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. After this grace period, the dining experience will continue as planned.
  • For arrivals between 7:30pm and 8pm, our team will accommodate missed courses, though they may not be served in the intended sequence.
  • Guests arriving more than 30 minutes late (after 8pm) will join the current course progression, and previously served dishes cannot be recreated.
