- To ensure your play experience, please arrive 20 minutes before the time listed on your visitor ticket to allow sufficient time for registration. Late arrivals will not be granted extra time.
- All persons entering [My Melody ❤️ Kuromi Party Bounce] and [My Melody ❤️ Kuromi Battle Bounce] must hold a valid ticket. Pre-booking tickets is recommended to guarantee smooth entry.
- Wristbands will be provided upon entry. Within the validity period of your ticket after entry, you may temporarily leave the venue midway and re-enter using the wristband.
- All guests must wear anti-slip socks, which are not included in the ticket price. You may bring your own or purchase a pair of anti-slip socks on site.
- Please refer to the additional on-site rules and disclaimer.
- By purchasing this ticket, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these sales terms and conditions, the disclaimer, and the park rules, and to be bound by them.
- 10 minutes after each play session will be designated as exit and cleaning time.
- My Melody ❤ Kuromi Luna Fiesta will suspend operations during the period when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above and Black Rainstorm Warning Signal are in effect. When the Hong Kong Observatory issues Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3, the My Melody ❤️ Kuromi Party Battle and My Melody ❤️ Kuromi Battle Bounce devices will be deflated for safety reasons. After the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 is cancelled, we will resume the operation of the devices within 3 hours or as soon as possible within a reasonable time.
- The organizer reserves the right to charge relevant persons for cleaning and disinfection fees in the event of vomiting, any liquid spills, or excretions.

Be prepared for long lines, whether you're trying to play games or take photos 📸. It can be tough to enjoy everything. Just think of it as an experience, and you'll have fun😃. After previous typhoon, today all the inflatable facilities are open. The nighttime🌃 light displays are also beautiful.
The trampoline park was closed on the original entry date due to Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 3, so we had to come back on the last day.

Couldn't play on the typhoon day, but it was rescheduled for the next day. Both inflatable pools were only allowed once. Cleanliness was average, saw bloodstains. Some of the outside booths were quite easy to win at, making it easy to get big prizes. There was a handshake event. Overall, it was pretty good.
I purchased an additional 20 game tokens and received 10 extra for participating in the run, giving me a total of 30 tokens. I also won a lot of prizes!
as a kuromi and melody fans, you will definitely get what you want. all the presents are well designed and in good quality. super long queue for the rainbow stall, think next time they should reconsider the game rules and the logistics to minimise chaos.
