[Near Sunac Snow Park] Lavande Hotel (Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center Sunac Snow World)

The hotel is close to Huafa Snow World; a taxi ride is only about 15 RMB. There are a few restaurants near the hotel, but don't expect much from the breakfast.

The business room is in another building of the hotel, and the elevator entrance is quite simple. The room is clean, and although it's near the road, it's not too noisy. The only drawback is that there's no refrigerator.

High value for money, includes breakfast for two, close to shopping malls, 10 minutes by taxi, also very close to Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center Ice and Snow World, visible to the naked eye, NICE TRIP

The room is spacious, well-equipped, clean, and the service is excellent.

Even though I had received a Klook order confirmation email, when I arrived at the hotel that evening, I was informed that Klook had not notified them of the booking, and all hotel rooms were fully booked, so no room could be provided. I immediately contacted Klook customer service, but the system indicated it was outside service hours and only offered English service. However, even after selecting English customer service, no one provided assistance, leaving us to handle it ourselves. The next day, during the supposed service hours, I received a canned email stating they would follow up, but three days have passed, and there has been no follow-up whatsoever. It was absolutely terrible.
