- Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
- Travelers are only allowed to bring one suitcase per person in the bus storage (with a maximum weight of 30kg). The height/width/depth of each luggage must be under 155cm
- Musical instruments, animals, bicycles (including folding ones), surfboards, skis, snowboards, archery bows and arrows, golf bags, etc cannot be accommodated. Please deliver those belongings to the destination in advance
- If the delivery procedure is not completed in time for departure, you may not be allowed to board the bus. Please note that cancellation fees will still apply in such cases

- You can choose 2 bus routes in case your first choice is fully booked
- You can not choose your own departure time and seat
- Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a voucher along with your booking number, departure time, arrival time, and a map of the pick up location
- You will be seated next to a person of the same gender. If you book for a whole group in one booking, local operator will try to arrange the seating according to gender
- You can not bring musical instruments, animals, bikes, golf equipment, snowboards, etc.
Insider Tips:
- During the drive, the driver will stop the bus at service areas for stopovers of 15-20 minutes. If you want to get off the bus to enter the service areas, the staff will give you a card. Make sure not to lose the card because you will have to return it when you get back on the bus

Bus is very comfi with all those curtains. The drivers were very polite and helpful. Made fee stops for restrooms breaks, just always be on time. The vip lounge where you have to wait for the bus is comfortable, with charging stations, free coffee and a vending machine for drinks.
The klook voucher is very easy to redeem. Take the departure at VIP Villa Namba so you can get a shower and even charge your phone. The bus is comfortable. I slept comfortably on the entire journey. However, it arrived late at Shinjuku than expected. Probaby, due to traffic.
We went to the wrong VIP lounge but the staff there were super helpful and had just arranged for us to board there. The ride was okay, we had two stop overs it was fun exploring the shops at the bus stops.
this way of transportaion from Osaka to Tokyo is definitely recommended for all the budget travellers because this is super cheap and super easy to use. the bus terminal is superb like all you need is there!
Our trip was on a Sunday so it’s more expensive than weekdays. However, it is much cheaper than bullet train + you’ll save one night accommodation. Osaka VIP villa Namba to Tokyo Shinjuku Station took 9 hours by land but I was comfortable throughout the trip (sleep most of the time). Reclining chair with small pillow and blanket. Downside, you can’t see the outside world, lol. Windows are blocked out. I forgot my neck pillow on our bus but confirmed they saw it but it’s at Saitama or they can ship going to our hotel (but didn’t push through as it is only ₱300 than paying ¥1k+ depending on your location for the shipping fee). BUT THE IDEA THAT THEY FOUND IT AND SAFELY SECURED AT LOST AND FOUND WAS SUPER DUPER AMAZING! KUDOS! THANKS SO MUCH KLOOK AND VIP LINER FOR YOUR FAST RESPONSES! 🙇♀️

highly recommended for all those people who has tight budget, Bus is comfortable and clean and we’re able to sleep while travelling for couple of hours.

the chairs were comfy and it left on time, we had no bathroom on the bus, but we had enough stopovers for pee breaks. thanks klook!
