Spring/Summer/Autumn Friendly Reminder

• Please wear light and comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for long periods of walking and sightseeing.
• Hokkaido experiences large temperature differences between day and night, so it is recommended to bring a light jacket.
• The itinerary includes outdoor attractions (such as Hell Valley and ranches), so please take precautions against the sun and prepare drinking water.
• LAKE HILL Farm offers Hokkaido's specialty ice cream and dairy products for tasting; you may prepare some small change.

Winter Friendly Reminder

• Winter temperatures are low, so please wear warm clothing, waterproof shoes, and gloves, and wear a hat and scarf when necessary.
• When participating in snowmobile experience, please follow the instructor's instructions and be sure to wear the provided safety equipment.
• Some attractions on the itinerary are outdoors, so please be aware of icy and slippery road surfaces and be careful when walking.
• The wind is strong at the Toya Lake Observatory in winter, so please pay attention to keeping warm.

📩 Pre-Departure Tips

• We will send you a confirmation email after 15:00 (3 PM) the day before departure. The email will include the meeting time, the tour guide's contact information, and the vehicle license plate number. Please check your inbox (it may go to your spam folder).
• If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one.
• On the day of departure, please be sure to arrive at the meeting location on time. Lateness will be regarded as automatic abandonment, and no refund will be given.
• If you use WeChat / WhatsApp / LINE, you can proactively add the tour guide and join the trip group according to the information in the email for timely communication.
• Please keep your mobile phone accessible during the trip so that the tour guide or staff can contact you in time.
• If you are prone to motion sickness or seasickness, please take precautions in advance to avoid affecting your pleasant journey.
• Please take good care of your personal belongings and avoid carrying valuables; you will be responsible for any loss or damage.
• The journey involves long drives. If you encounter traffic jams, please be patient. Our company is not responsible for any subsequent expenses incurred due to traffic delays. Thank you for your understanding.
• Infants aged 0–3 who do not occupy a seat are free of charge, but you must inform us in advance to avoid being rejected by the driver due to vehicle overload. (If the infant needs a seat, please purchase a child ticket).
• If some attractions are closed on specific dates, we will arrange alternative attractions for you. We may not be able to notify you in advance, please understand.
• If the number of participants is less than 10, the event will be canceled. You can choose to reschedule or get a refund, thank you for your understanding.
