""大大與小妹 海奔Fun"" Event Terms and Conditions

Race Rules 1.All participants must wear a valid bib number issued by the event organizer to enter the starting area and participate in the race. Participants without a bib number may be prohibited from entering the race area. 2.Participants must complete the entire race under their own power and may not use any external assistance. 3.Participants must strictly follow their registered group and start time. Violators will be disqualified and no results will be awarded. 4.The bib number must be securely worn in a conspicuous position on the chest for easy identification by the event organizer. Failure to wear the bib number as required may result in disqualification. Transferring bibs is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized runner found to be running on their own will result in immediate disqualification and the organizer reserves the right to exclude the individual from future events. 5.Race results will be announced on the day of the event. The decision of the judging panel is final and no contest is permitted. 6.The use of any wheeled vehicle, including but not limited to wheelchairs, bicycles, and scooters, is prohibited within the race course. 7.Any items that may pose a danger or interfere with the progress of the event (such as weapons or flammable materials) are strictly prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave the race immediately and may be handed over to the police. 8.Participants must comply with the instructions of on-site staff, medical personnel, and security personnel. If asked to withdraw from the race, they must comply immediately.

Race Time Limits

4km Individual Race (Time Trial): 80 minutes

2km Race (Individual/Couple/Parent-to-Pet): 30 minutes

1km Pet-to-Pet Race: 30 minutes

Special Terms for Pet Participants 1.All participating dogs must be on a leash at all times. 2.Large dogs must wear a muzzle. 3.Pet owners must provide their own cleaning supplies for their pets; limited cleaning supplies will be provided. 4.Please provide plenty of drinking water for your pet. 5. Dogs must meet the following requirements to participate:

• Dogs aged 5 months or older
• Dogs with rabies vaccinations completed
• Dogs with valid licenses 6.The following are not recommended for participation:
• Dogs recently vaccinated (within 2 weeks)
• Dogs with abnormal health conditions
• Female dogs in estrus 7.Pet owners must monitor their pets at all times and immediately stop and seek assistance if any abnormalities are observed.

Insurance and Liability The event will be insured for third-party liability. Participants must arrange their own personal accident insurance.

Inclement Weather Arrangements 1.If a red/black rainstorm warning or typhoon signal No. 3 or above is hoisted after 5:00 a.m. on the event day, the event will be cancelled without rescheduling and the registration fee will not be refunded. 2.The event organizer reserves the right to adjust the course or suspend the event without prior notice due to weather, road conditions, or emergencies.

Luggage Storage 1.The luggage storage area is open from 7:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 2.Please display your luggage number tag in a conspicuous location and hand it to the staff. 3. Please do not bring valuables. The organizer is not responsible for any lost personal belongings.

Disclaimer Participants confirm that they are in good health and are fit to participate in the event. They agree to release the organizer from any liability for any personal injury or property damage arising from their participation.

Change of Registration Information 1.All successful registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. Duplicate registrations will not be refunded. 2.If the registered event is not completed by the participant, the participant and the proxy participant will be disqualified and disqualified from the event and may be banned from participating in the remaining events and future events. 3.If you need to change any registration information, please notify the organizer via WhatsApp (6660 4683). The organizer reserves the right to charge an administration fee of HK$50 (per change) depending on the circumstances.

Personal Data Protection 1.Personal data collected will only be used for matters related to this event. 2.Information will be kept strictly confidential and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Supplementary Terms The organizer reserves the right to amend the competition rules, route, and other arrangements. Any changes will be announced on the official website and Instagram.
