Please confirm before booking. Refunds are not possible within four days of the experience date. If you cancel the experience on the day for personal reasons, no refund will be issued. Participants cannot be substituted or exchanged for other products. General tickets are available for children aged 7 and over and measuring at least 120 cm in height. VIP experience tickets are available for children aged 30 months to 7 years, with a minimum height requirement of 120 cm. For young children, the instructor will hold their hand throughout the activity. These tickets are not available to individuals taking medication for vascular diseases or with personal conditions such as hypertension or brain/cardiovascular diseases. Not suitable for individuals with heart disease, ENT disorders, claustrophobia or who are pregnant. Please arrive at the experience venue at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. If an SD card error occurs in the camera, only the filming fee will be refunded. The experience fee is non-refundable. On days with strong winds or heavy rain that obstruct visibility, Cancellation is not possible and the experience will instead be conducted indoors (a 20-minute drive from the original location).
