2025 Taipei Art Week Art Bus

Reminder Before the Event

• This ticket allows for one-time entry only; torn or altered tickets are invalid.
• Full refund available if cancellation request is made before 17:00 on October 10 (one week prior to the event).
• For safety and event arrangements, children under 6 years old are not permitted to board.
• Children aged 6-12 must purchase a ticket and be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Smoking, bringing pets, and touching any exhibits inside the venue are strictly prohibited.
• Please maintain good viewing etiquette: no loud noises or disruptive behavior.
• Flash photography and infrared recording are strictly forbidden inside the venue.
• For safety reasons, if the bus cannot operate due to severe weather or other factors, the day's trip may be canceled.
• The bus will run according to the schedule. No compensation will be provided if passengers are late or miss the bus due to personal reasons.
• The bus does not have storage space for large luggage. Please arrange to store large items in advance.

Ticket Information

• After your order is confirmed, the electronic voucher will be sent to your personal email and Klook app. You can check it by logging into the Klook App > Tap “Account” at the bottom right > Select “My Orders.”
• To cancel an order, please contact Klook customer service: Log into the Klook App > Tap “Account” > Select “My Orders” > Choose your order > Scroll down and tap “Online Customer Service.”
• If you choose convenience store payment or bank transfer, your order is confirmed as soon as the reservation is completed.
• If you do not intend to use the order, please contact Klook customer service to request cancellation.
• If you do not cancel, the order will be considered confirmed, and payment must be made within 14 days of purchase.
• After order confirmation, you will receive a payment link via SMS. If you have any doubts, please select other payment methods.
