This 5-day Khumai Danda trek delivers big-mountain beauty with minimal time investment. You’ll witness awe-inspiring vistas usually reserved for longer treks, but in just a few days, and without the bustle of busy trails. This off-the-beaten-path adventure in the Annapurna region offers the most intimate views of the majestic Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) peak.
Itenirary: Day 1: Drive to Pokhara Day 2: Pokhara to Ghachowk (Drive – approx. 1.5 hrs) and Hike to Hile Kharka (Hike – aprox 4 hours) Day 3: Hile Kharka to Khumai Danda (Hike aprox 5 hours). Day 4: Khumai Danda Exploration and optional hike to Korchan (3,700 m) for 360° view. Hike back to Ghachok and take drive to Pokhara Day 5: Drive back to Kathmandu or you can choose to stay in Pokhara by yourself.
