Reliable bus service, with responsible drivers. The chairs are comfy and you can sleep through the journey. Unfortunately, the bus is not too clean and the toilet was out of order.
There is no pick up service, although it said on the app that pick up is included. Other than that everything was ok, bus was comfortable, you can see Cambodia from your window. And we had 2 stops.
Good quality car, on time departure, prestigious garage, you will get a bottle of water and a small cake to line your belly.
Because of traffic jams, the car ran to Sihanoukville late 3 hours compared to the scheduled time, I missed the last train to KohRong Island. If you want to be sure of the time, the train should take the train when traveling on this stage
The air-conditioner in the bus is not cool. Other than that so far is satisfying.
Bus is decently clean. Due to traffic congestion, we reached Phnom Penh at 11pm instead of 9pm. There would also be one 30-mins rest stop on the journey there,where cheapest main on the menu would be $3USD for a vegetable fried rice. There was no WiFi nor charging port on the bus.
I have a nice trip from PhnomPenh to Sihanoukville. Good service.
