A Celebration Banquet & An Elegant Journey Through a Millennium
Tianxi Garden Royal Scenic Area and Dali A Celebration Banquet are like a delicate jade pendant. The garden is the smooth jade, and the banquet is the carved pattern. Together, they create a complete and stunning experience.
The banquet itself is a flowing art. Cold dishes are arranged in the shape of "Wind, Flower, Snow, and Moon," milk fan is carved into jade butterflies, and Erhai fish jelly is frozen into blue waves. Every bite is the aura of Dali. The hot dishes are even more elaborate. Steamed chicken is served in a porcelain pot with auspicious cloud patterns. The soup is as clear as a spring, so fresh that you can taste the coolness of the mountain stream. Milk fan Sachima wrapped in puff pastry has a sweet aroma mixed with the smoky flavor of the Ancient Tea Horse Road. The chef combines the delicacy of imperial cuisine with the simplicity of Bai ethnic flavors, creating poetry on the tip of the tongue.
Tianxi Garden itself is a three-dimensional ancient painting. Bluestone paths wind around the lotus pond, vermilion廊柱 reflect the sky of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake, the wind chimes on the eaves harmonize with the birdsong in the forest, and even the moss on the corner of the wall reveals the warmth of time. Dali A Celebration Banquet is the most moving annotation in this garden. The gorgeous clothes worn when entering the banquet have frog buttons in the shape of butterflies playing with flowers, and when the skirt sweeps over the carved seats, it complements the palace lanterns in the banquet hall.
After strolling through the garden, enter the banquet, and after the banquet, visit the garden again, only then will you understand that the two are one. Tianxi Garden uses landscapes, plants, and trees to build the framework of time and space, and A Celebration Banquet uses food, clothing, song, and dance to fill in the flesh and blood. Together, they create a vivid cultural scroll about Dali.
