This trip to Thailand was special because it was with my family. So, I got massages three times, preferably only at the 'Health Land' chain, which maintains Thai traditions well. The first was in 'Pattaya', and then 'Sathon' and 'Asoke' in Bangkok. In Pattaya, I had to make a reservation in advance, and in Bangkok, I visited without a reservation because same-day reservations were not possible. As a result, among the three 'Health Land' branches, my experience in Pattaya personally felt a bit unfamiliar, different from what I knew about 'Health Land'. One of the most important elements of a chain is maintaining the consistency of service quality that the chain possesses. However, since massage involves a person directly applying physical force to another person, is it unavoidable that the difference varies so dramatically? While thinking this, it's a natural thought from a consumer's perspective that a chain should be able to overcome such problems. The overall atmosphere of the establishment was not much different from other places, but it seems necessary to check the overall training on basic service quality. I think massage is similar to a dance with a partner. Like a tango, there are agreements in each other's actions regarding the touch, rhythm, and tempo. In this regard, subtle service upgrades seem necessary, such as the order of the massage or the intensity control during the not-so-short two-hour service process.
In Pattaya, I typically go to the nearby massage parlors close to my hotel, where I often find therapists sitting outside, awaiting customers. These places are convenient and offer competitive prices, but the quality of skills and service can vary significantly from one therapist to another. This time, my sister recommended Health Land, so I decided to give it a try. Booking through Klook was very convenient; I was able to select my preferred time in advance, allowing me to better plan my schedule. Upon arrival, they had my booking record ready, and I was promptly attended to. The therapist I had was one of the best I've experienced in Pattaya. She was highly skilled and took the Thai massage seriously, offering a level of expertise that was quite different from what I've found in the usual street-side shops. I highly recommend Health Land to anyone seeking a genuine Thai massage experience. I will definitely return, and next time, I plan to try the aromatherapy massage.
massage was great place is very clean and professional. waiting room is very nice and has infused water. tea at the end is also nice
massage was great. hurt a little at times but feel incredibly relaxed now that is done. really helped after a couple long travel days
The therapists are on a different level compared to massage places in the city. The older woman is very skilled, so I definitely want to visit again. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to have relaxing music playing in the building. The rooms are really quiet. I gave a 140 tip, but it seemed like it wasn't enough, so should I have given more? It was very good, but it's a shame that the time allocation wasn't balanced, with too much focus on the feet and not enough on the shoulders and arms, and zero time spent on the head during the 2-hour Thai massage.
Both my wife and myself are very happy with Health Land. We had a great time there.
Our family of four came to Health Land in Pattaya to relieve muscle fatigue after a long day of tiring eating, drinking, and fun activities. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will repurchase next time.
I had to book Health Land urgently, and other places required booking two days in advance, but Klook was great because I could book the night before. I personally felt that the quality of the massage was a little lower than at Health Land in Bangkok, but since the masseuse is random, I think it's good for the price. If you find Let's Relax too expensive and you don't like roadside shops, you can enjoy a massage at a reasonable price and in a luxurious atmosphere.
I brought the whole family to Pattaya for a weekend getaway, and we relaxed and relieved fatigue at this massage parlor in the evening. Overall a good experience, I will repurchase next time.
