【Pre-Trip Information】

• Skiing is strenuous and dangerous. We recommend purchasing domestic travel insurance or accident insurance before departure.
• If you collide with other tourists while skiing, we will only provide on-site translation assistance for communication. Medical or compensation costs are your own responsibility.
• For safety reasons, walking onto the slopes with equipment in hand is prohibited inside the ski resort. Those without ski equipment are prohibited from entering the snow area and are limited to resting in the dining area.
• Please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting: No refunds will be given for failure to participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons (such as being late/getting lost/feeling unwell). Please note that no refunds will be given.
• This tour is a shared ride with a fixed route. You will be sharing the ride with other passengers throughout the journey, and parking is not allowed at will outside of the attractions.
• Depending on the number of people in the group on the day, a smaller car model with a driver who also acts as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the journey. (With a smaller car, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary pace. The driver will focus on driving, and the explanation content will be relatively brief.)

【During the Trip Information】

• The time spent at each attraction has been optimized. Please strictly observe the time to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
• The itinerary time may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, and crowds. We are unable to offer refunds or compensation for delays or partial itinerary changes. Thank you for your understanding and appreciation of the uncertainty of travel.
• Traffic congestion may occur during holidays and peak periods. The driver/guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary depending on the situation. Please be prepared and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the car, please do not eat or drink in the car. If soiling occurs, cleaning fees will be charged according to local standards. Please work together to create a comfortable riding environment.
• If you leave the group on your own/leave the team midway after the trip starts, it will be regarded as automatically giving up the service, and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for your own safety during the period of separation from the group.)
