World Football Summit Hong Kong

Terms and Conditions:

• This is an admission ticket to World Football Summit Hong Kong. This ticket is valid on the date specified by the ticket (1 and/or 2-day pass).
• Same admission fee for child, senior citizen, tourist and persons with disabilities. Children (0-11) must be accompanied by a person aged 18+, with a valid admission ticket. Suitable identification may need to be provided on the day of visit to attest ages.
• Upon World Football Summit admission, you are required to present this ticket (E-tickets by mobile devices or an A4-sized printout). If requested, you are also required to present the identity document of the ticket holder before entering the event.
• This ticket is personnal and must be used by the same person during its period of validity.
• Admission tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other admission tickets. Resale of this ticket constitutes an offence under Hong Kong Law.
• In case of inclement weather, including but without limitation to the hoisting of tropical cyclone signal no. 8 or above or black rainstorm warnings, World Football Summit may close the event with prior notice to the public on any social media.
• World Football Summit Hong Kong shall not be responsible for any loss of any kind or any damage to any property of any person within the event. Visitors to the Summit must satisfy themselves with the quality, condition, fitness, detail or otherwise of every product or service before trial or purchase. The Organiser does not assume any responsibility for the products or service offered and sold by the exhibitors.
• Theft, vandalism, and any form of damage to the property of World Football Summit is strictly prohibited. World Football Summit reserves the right to pursue legal action against individuals involved in theft or damage to property, which may result in criminal prosecution and civil liability.
• Any individual found engaging in theft or causing damage to property within the premises of World Football Summit Hong Kong will be held financially responsible for the full market value of the stolen or damaged items. The full market price will be determined by the organisors appraisal or a qualified third-party appraiser.
• Visitors need a valid ticket, handstamp, and/or identification for re-entry.
• Re-entry is allowed for valid 1 day pass ticket holders on the same particiaption date.
• Re-entry is allowed for valid 2 days pass ticket holders on 3rd and 4th September 2025.
• There will be no admission to the venue 30 minutes prior to daily closing time of the Summit.
• No liquor for person under the age of 18.
• The Organiser reserves the right to reject admission should the ticket holder fail to comply with the Regulations of the Organiser.
