Luggage Information

- The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
Booking Requirements
- If your rental or pick-up time falls within 22:00-07:00, you must select 1 unit of midnight surcharge upon booking
- The operator has the right to request for a cash top up if you fail to do so
- When booking, please choose a vehicle that can accommodate your group size. The operator reserves the right to request guests to book an additional cab in cases where the size of your traveling party does not fit your chosen vehicle on the day of travel
- If the luggage exceeds what is allowed and no prior notice is given, the driver has the right to refuse the service without refund
- Please provide the number of passengers and luggage details at the time of booking
Additional information
- According to Singapore law, all children aged 0-6 must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their size and age. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children
