Tour Group and Vehicle Arrangement Minimum group size: 6 people. If the minimum number is not reached, you will be notified of cancellation 1 day before departure. Vehicle arrangement: 10-seater / 14-seater vehicle (adjusted according to the number of registered participants, specific vehicle type cannot be specified). Driver and tour guide: For vehicle types with 14 seats or less, a Chinese-speaking driver will also serve as a tour guide, providing simple explanations inside the vehicle, but no guided tours outside the vehicle. Passenger calculation: Infants and children must also be included in the number of passengers, please confirm in advance. Child seats are not provided for this activity, please be aware. Itinerary Arrangement and Changes The itinerary time will be adjusted according to the actual situation of the day. In case of traffic jams, severe weather conditions, etc., the tour guide can adjust the order of attractions or reduce part of the itinerary, please understand. It is not allowed to leave the group or leave the tour early on a group tour. If you leave the group midway, it will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment, and no refund will be given. Any accidents that occur during the subsequent itinerary will be your own responsibility. Seasonal limited activities (cherry blossom viewing, autumn leaves, fireworks, illuminations, etc.) are greatly affected by the weather, and the best viewing period cannot be guaranteed. If no official cancellation notice is received, the original plan will be followed, and no refunds will be given due to the flowering period being less than expected. Once the meeting location is confirmed, please do not change it temporarily. If you are unable to board the bus due to personal reasons, no refund will be given. This tour is a group tour and may share a vehicle with passengers who speak different languages, please understand. Fees and Additional Charges The itinerary does not include lunch. The driver can provide dining suggestions, and passengers can arrange their own meals within the specified time. If you need to charter a private group, please contact us in advance and we will try our best to arrange it. The total duration of the trip must not exceed 10 hours. If the time exceeds, additional charges will be incurred (5,000-10,000 yen/hour), please be aware.
