Purchase Notice | Important Reminder: Please Read Carefully

【Pre-Trip Information】

  • Please be on time for the meeting: No refunds will be given for failure to participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons (such as tardiness, getting lost, or feeling unwell). Please note that no refunds will be provided.
  • This itinerary is a fixed route carpool service. Throughout the journey, you will be sharing the ride with other passengers, and the vehicle cannot be stopped arbitrarily outside of the attractions.
  • Depending on the number of participants on the day, a smaller vehicle model with a driver acting as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the trip. (With a smaller vehicle, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary pace; the driver will focus on driving, and the explanations will be relatively brief.)
  • Each person is allowed one free piece of luggage. For any extra luggage, you can pay the driver/guide JPY 2,000/piece on-site. Please be sure to make a note when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the driver/guide has the right to refuse you boarding, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
  • Please note that the ability to visit the volcano crater has nothing to do with the weather. It mainly depends on the concentration of gas emitted from the volcano crater. Please be aware of this!

【During the Trip Information】

  • The time spent at each attraction has been optimized. Please strictly observe the time to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
  • The itinerary schedule may be adjusted due to force majeure events such as traffic, weather, and crowds. In the event of delays or partial itinerary changes, no refunds or compensation will be given. Please understand and acknowledge the uncertainties of the trip.
  • Traffic congestion may occur during holidays and peak seasons. The driver/guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary as appropriate. Please be mentally prepared, and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
  • To maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle, please do not eat or drink inside the vehicle. If any soiling occurs, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards. Please work together to create a comfortable riding environment.
  • If you leave the group on your own or leave the team midway after the itinerary starts, it will be regarded as automatically giving up the service, and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for your own safety during the period of separation from the group.)
