Good to know
Come well-rested and hydrated – Being calm and comfortable makes a huge difference underwater. Avoid alcohol the night before. Don’t skip breakfast, but keep it light. A heavy meal before diving can make you feel uneasy. Bring a USB drive or phone with storage if you’d like to take your underwater photos/videos back the same day. Wear a snug-fitting swimsuit under your clothes for quick gear changes. Morning slots usually offer better sea conditions and visibility—book early for the best dive experience. If you’re nervous, let your instructor know—they’re trained to handle beginners and will guide you at your pace. Allow a few hours of buffer time in your schedule after the dive in case conditions cause minor delays.
