Meet at 07:00 in the morning in front of [All Seasons Hotel, Yanji Railway Station]. Please arrive 5 minutes before the meeting time. Afterwards, take a dedicated vehicle to the Changbai Mountain North Scenic Area Distribution Center (the specific meeting time and location are subject to the tour guide's notification the day before departure).

The opening of Changbai Mountain Scenic Area and the main peak of Tianchi Lake attractions are affected by weather conditions, and it cannot be guaranteed that every guest can see the mysterious face of Tianchi Lake.
Tour guide service is included for groups of 15 or more people. For groups of less than 15 people, only driver-cum-guide service is provided, without a tour guide.
The tour guide or driver will explain on the bus and will not accompany you up the mountain after completing the entry procedures for the scenic spot. You will visit the mountain on your own. The tour guide or driver will wait at the foot of the mountain to pick up the group. 🌋This dormant volcano is always creating miracles. As Changbai Mountain Scenic Area is a popular attraction throughout the year, Changbai Mountain tickets need to be booked online 7 days in advance according to the scenic area's regulations. Based on the date you sign up for the tour, our staff will arrange online ticket booking. If there are no tickets available when you sign up, or even if you sign up many days in advance, there is still a high probability that you will not be able to get a ticket for Changbai Mountain. In this case, we will inform you one day in advance before 8 PM. If you do not get a ticket, the tour itinerary can be postponed in order or a full refund will be issued.
When checking tickets at the entrance of Changbai Mountain Scenic Area, you need to present your valid ID (including ID card, passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, or Taiwan Compatriot Permit) to swipe the card for ticket verification to enter the area. No paper ticket exchange is required. Please queue for ticket verification.
Within Changbai Mountain Scenic Area, the environmental protection vehicles can be used for circular rides at various attractions, using a one-ticket system. When riding, please select the route according to your tour needs and queue for the bus.
The itinerary does not include the Tianchi shuttle bus, which costs 80 yuan/person. Due to the tight ticketing situation in the scenic area, staff will generally help you purchase the Changbai Mountain North Scenic Area combo ticket in advance (including scenic area transportation. If you do not want to visit the Tianchi main peak due to your own reasons, please be sure to inform us in advance before the trip, otherwise the cost incurred on the day cannot be refunded). Please pay the scenic area transportation fee to our relevant local service staff (route manager, tour guide, or guide) on the day of the tour.

Seniors

Seniors aged 70 (inclusive) or above who book a trip must sign a "Health Certificate" with our company and be accompanied by family members or friends (excluding those who cannot be accommodated or have restricted accommodation due to service capacity limitations) before they can travel.
Due to limited service capabilities, we are unable to accept bookings from tourists over 81 years of age. Thank you for your understanding.
