- Ticket Booking: Tickets are subject to availability and will only be booked after your order has been received and confirmed. As we do not hold tickets in advance, there is a likelihood that Puffing Billy and Penguin Parade tickets may be sold out. In such cases, we will attempt to secure tickets on other available dates for you; As a last resort, we will arrange an alternative attraction to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Weather: Melbourne's weather can be unpredictable. Even in summer, it's recommended to dress in layers. During winter, please bring warm clothing to stay comfortable.
- Sun Protection: Australian sun is pleasant, but UV levels can be strong at times. It’s a good idea to apply sunscreen, wear a hat and sunglasses, and stay hydrated while exploring.
- Penguin Parade Timing: The return time of the Penguin Parade varies greatly throughout the year. ❄️Winter: Depart around 8:30 AM, return around 8:30 PM (dinner will be at Penguin Parade Centre or after returning back to CBD, at your own expense). ☀️Summer: Depart around 12 PM, return around midnight (lunch before departure on your own; dinner in Cowes at own expense).
- Photography: As penguins have sensitive eyes, photography is not allowed after dark.
