- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- Please proceed to uCloudlink Singapore's office to pick up and return your device during opening hours

- For bookings between 22-30 Jan 2020, the last day of device collection will be on 22 Jan 2020, from 09:30 to 18:30
- uCloudlink Singapore is closed on weekends and public holidays
- The voucher is valid only 1 business day from the date specified
Drop-off/return Information
- Your device will be available for pick up 1 business day before date selected and is due for return 1 business day after arrival
Surcharges
- Additional Days: SGD20 per day
- Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: SGD100
- Extra daily rental fees will be incurred for those who want to pick up their devices ahead of time
Cancellation policy

2nd time getting this wifi from klook for my friend's europe trip. everything is good!
It was very usefully when we went in europe. You can get wifi all around the place.
Good Price and easy location. The wifi however does not work as fast after 1gb consumption everyday
Very convenient to collect and return the WiFi, connection was also great for full day use on a few devices.
Really useful, lasted for the whole trip when I was in London and Paris, connection is good as well. Really useful when you need the internet connection for gps. No issues whatsoever when using and compact so easy to carry.
Wifi was working great during my work trip and the device had a sufficient battery life to last thru the day.
Quite smooth and recommended , will book again next time
Easy collection at store, used too much data and thus the wifi slowed down alittle sometimes (note they reset data usage at 12mn SG time). Otherwise, very easy to use and can go for long hrs.
