The Klook booth is located right where the tickets for the airport express are. You will see a familiar bright orange which more likely would have a queue. Show the QR codes of all the items you booked and the staff will happily help you out. The SIM card will expire by next year which is great for me as I won't be visiting Australia by then.

Collection is easy at the airport. However the sim card needs to be activated at the telco shop before it can be use. Once activated, it has to be used within 60 days. I insert the sim card and turn on the data roaming on the day of depature to Australia, received an sms from the telco on the validity of the period of usage. Reception is good in Gold Coast and served my needs.

This was as easy as always. I like to use Klook for SIM Cards because it takes the hassle out of having them activated at a mobile shop. For this one, I picked it up in the basement of the airport where the rail link drops passengers off for departing flights, and was able to pick it up and go within about 10 minutes. It was activated before I left and worked perfectly while I was in Australia for 10 days.
