What to expect
In this playful and uplifting Acro Yoga experience, you’ll learn how to trust, connect, and fly – literally! Whether you're a complete beginner or have some yoga experience, I’ll guide you step-by-step through basic poses, flows, and fun partner lifts that are safe and energizing.
We’ll start with a short warm up to tune into our body. Then we’ll explore Acro Yoga adapted to your comfort and skill level. You may surprise yourself with what your body can do.
You don’t need a partner – I’ll guide you throughout. But if you’re coming with a friend or partner, that’s great too!
The session ends with a relaxing stretch. You'll leave feeling lighter, stronger, and more connected – both to your body and your joy.
