- [Notice to Elderly and Pregnant Tourists] If the applicant is an elderly person over 70 years old or a pregnant woman, a disclaimer must be signed to ensure your safety and rights. Please indicate this in the "Special Requirements" column when placing your order. The supplier will send the agreement document via email after receiving the order. Please sign and return it by photo in advance to complete the registration process.
- Luggage Regulations: Each visitor may bring one piece of luggage free of charge (suggested size within carry-on dimensions). Please indicate this in the "Special Requests" section when booking. If luggage is brought without prior notice one day in advance, the guide reserves the right to refuse boarding due to potential overcrowding of the carriage or safety concerns, and the fee will not be refunded.
- [Notice for Infants] If there are infants under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat among the traveling passengers, please be sure to note this when booking. Even if they do not occupy a seat, they must be included in the vehicle's capacity. If you do not inform us in advance, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding.
- Regarding notification time and method: The supplier will send an email between 20:00 and 21:00 the day before the trip to inform you of the tour guide and vehicle information. If you have booked a hotel pick-up and drop-off package, please follow the instructions in the email and wait outside the hotel lobby at the specified time. The email may be misidentified as spam, so please be sure to check it. In the event of peak season or special circumstances, the email sending time may be delayed; the last email received shall prevail.
- [Regarding Meeting and Tardiness] This activity is a carpool trip, so please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not be able to wait for late arrivals or offer refunds, and you will be responsible for any resulting liabilities and expenses. Thank you for your understanding.
- [Vehicle Type and Accompanying Language Notice] The supplier will arrange vehicle types according to the number of people on the day, and vehicle types cannot be specified. Please be aware that you may be traveling in the same vehicle with guests who speak other languages during the trip.
- Confirmation of Meeting Location: Please be sure to confirm the meeting location before departure. Once the meeting location is confirmed, please do not change it at the last minute. We regret to inform you that if you are unable to board the bus due to changing the meeting location for personal reasons, a refund will not be possible. Thank you for your understanding.
- Seasonal Event Notice: Seasonal limited-time events such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flowering seasons, snowscapes, lantern festivals, and festive activities are susceptible to weather or other force majeure factors. If no official cancellation notice is received, the trip will depart as scheduled. Please be aware that refunds will not be provided if the flowering or scenery is not as expected.
- [Departure time may be adjusted] During peak tourist seasons or in the event of special circumstances, the departure time for the itinerary may be moved forward or delayed. Please refer to the email notification you receive the day before for the exact time, and please prepare accordingly.
- Seating Arrangement Instructions: For carpool trips, seats are generally assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special requirements, please note them when booking, and the supplier will do its best to coordinate, but the final arrangement is subject to the tour guide's on-site dispatch.
- 【Itinerary Order Adjustment Notice】 Due to Japan's strict control over the usage time of commercial vehicles, the attractions, transportation, and duration of stops included in the itinerary will be flexibly arranged according to the conditions of the day. In the event of traffic jams, weather changes, or other special circumstances, the tour guide will consult the majority of opinions and reasonably adjust the order or reduce some attractions. - 【Explanation of Not Leaving the Group Mid-Tour】 This itinerary is a group tour activity, and it is not allowed to leave the group mid-tour or leave the group without authorization. If you choose to leave the group mid-tour, the remaining itinerary will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment, and the fee will not be refunded. Risks or responsibilities arising from leaving the group will be borne by the individual.
- [End Time for Reference Only] Due to the long driving distance of the trip, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic or weather. It is recommended that you avoid scheduling other activities on the day the trip ends. The supplier will not be liable for any losses caused by delays.

- You'll get confirmation 48 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
Cancellation policy
- Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 6 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
