The merchant canceled the trip for no reason. I applied for cancellation on the platform in advance, and the platform stated that it could be canceled for free before 10:00 AM on December 20th. I applied on December 19th. Several days passed without any news. I contacted customer service, and they said that my application on the 19th was after the free cancellation time of the 20th. Klook is a joke! Customer service efficiency is zero! Blacklisted for life!!!!!!!!
