Dolphin Day Cruise: Ha Long, Sung Sot, Ti Top with Luxury Transfer

We highly recommend Dolphin Ha Long Cruise. absolutely 5 star treament - treated like royalty from all the staff - but especially Chris, Andre and our man Jack (never let go) - The amazing Jack Family Tour Guide . The buffet was enormous - variety of everyone. Food was all fresh, beautifully presented and delicious. The excursions were well organised and scenery exceptional. Lastly this cruise ship is pure luxury. We had the best day - thank you to all staff.

All the staff are professional and friendly, some of them could speak Chinese and English fluently. The food buffet tasted great but a bit crowdly. Overall, a pleasent experience and I do recommend to choose Dolphin for your discovery in Ha Long Bay.

My friend and I chose Dolphin because their day trip covered the exact 3 islands we wanted to visit, making the itinerary totally worth it. Once we hit the pier, we were blown away by the boat. It was immaculate, and manager Chris mentioned it's only 7 months old! Thanks Chris and our guide James & the team were so welcoming and did a fantastic job teaching us about each spot. Plus buffet lunch was good. 10/10 recommend to everyone!

This is a fantastic tour to Ha Long Bay. It's perfectly organized from start to finish. The evening before, you receive a message (for us, it was via WhatsApp) detailing the day's schedule, what food will be served, and when and where to be. The tour itself was great; first, you visit a cave, then you can kayak or take a boat, and afterward, you can swim at the beach or hike up a hill. Before the attractions, there was a buffet, which was super delicious. The ship is very stable; you barely notice you're at sea. There's a pool and plenty of restrooms and showers for everyone (which were always very clean). The staff are all excellent, friendly, and very helpful. From the beginning, you're assigned a tour guide who leads a smaller group through all the attractions; we had Jack, and he was truly outstanding. Additionally, we were looked after by Chris (on the ship). I also highly recommend booking the bungalow for more privacy.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience exploring Ha Long Bay with Dolphin Cruise in Hanoi! Everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to Mr. Chris as the Manager for the outstanding hospitality and excellent service throughout our trip. We also want to thank Mr. Jack, our tour guide, who was incredibly friendly, informative, and made the journey so much fun and memorable. Huge appreciation as well to Kaliee, our driver, and to all the amazing staff who were always attentive, warm, and welcoming. The lunch buffet was absolutely delicious the afternoon snacks were also very tasty. The cruise facilities were excellent and the stunning atmosphere all around. We were also very happy and thankful to be given a free gazebo seating area, which made our experience even more special and comfortable. The scenery of Ha Long Bay was breathtaking. This became one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff were very accommodating, especially their Manager Mr. Chris and the lovely English-speaking guide Chris. I was a solo traveler but they kept on checking on me. They also accommodated my request to keep my hand-carry luggage as I came straight from Sapa. The cruise facilities, food, and route attractions were great. I love the cozy vibes of the resto and the lively afternoon concert. Truly worth the money

What a luxurious experience from pick up from the hotel until the end of the trip! We were six in the group and all very happy! This is the biggest and grandest ship for a whole day tour in Halong Bay. The food was equsite! our tour guide Jack? simply the best! He is knowledgable and so friendly. You are so lucky if he is your tour guide. Jack mentioned that this trip was a lucky one because the blue eye of the cave showed up! And it doesnt show very often. Overall, this is a highly recommended trip and will definitely do it again with more family!

Our tour guide Jack was fantastic! He really took care of us from start to finish, making sure everyone was comfortable and safe. He brought us to wonderful places — some well-known highlights and a few hidden gems we would have never found on our own. The schedule was clearly explained, so we always knew what to expect and never felt rushed. His attention to detail and genuine kindness made the whole trip stress-free and memorable. I booked the Dolphin Cruise at a great price through Klook, and as my trip approached, Ms. July provided detailed explanations via KakaoTalk and even helped with my travel plans, which made me feel good even before the cruise began. Perhaps because I was debating between this and the Ambassador cruise, when I boarded, I saw the abandoned Ambassador boat next to us, haha. The manager's fluent English explained everything about using and booking the bungalow, and then the cruise started. The meal was crowded but edible, and I was initially worried about transferring to a smaller boat for sightseeing, but the crew's kind service and efficiency made it very comfortable. (Special shout-out to Sarah, the Korean crew member!) I saw comments asking why anyone would book a bungalow in the heat, but if I went again, I would definitely book it. Amidst hundreds of people on a crowded boat, our family had a private space to relax and enjoy beer and snacks. Occasionally, other guests would come near our bungalow to take photos, but the manager handled it well. For four people, we used it very well for just over 500,000 KRW (Korean Won). For a day cruise, I highly recommend the Dolphin Cruise (they do a great job) + a bungalow (2,000,000 VND), and add two lobsters for an extra 50,000 KRW. Enjoy as much alcohol as you want on board!
