What to bring

• Change of clothes / Sunscreen / Sunglasses / Caps or hats / Swimwear / Toiletries / Towel / Water bottle / Valid ID
• Spare clothes for changing after the plunge and water play, a light jacket or hoodie because mornings and evenings can be cool, a reusable water bottle to keep you hydrated throughout, bug spray/repellent to protect you from bugs at night, a small waterproof bag to keep your phone, cash, or valuables, a camera or GoPro to capture epic moments mid action.

What to wear

• Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions
• Waterproof clothing
• Wear comfortable, quick-dry clothing as you will get wet during activities like kayaking, the waterfall plunge, and the wild swing. It's best to have your swimwear on underneath your clothes for convenience. Closed-toe water shoes, sandals with straps, or sneakers are ideal for walking around the camp and participating in water activities. Please avoid flip-flops as they are unsafe and may easily slip off. Don't forget sun protection such as a hat or cap and sunglasses, as well as a light, breathable outfit to stay cool in the heat. We also recommend bringing a full change of clothes for after the activities and a light sweater or jacket for the cooler evening temperatures when staying overnight. Please avoid wearing heavy cotton clothes that stay wet for long or bringing jewelry and valuables that can easily get lost during the activities.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
