It's very easy to use. Just go up to the second floor to exchange your ticket. Once you've exchanged your ticket, you'll receive a wristband and can then take the elevator up. There's a short introductory video to watch before you see the actual site. The view from the top is absolutely beautiful!

Up at Thamrin Nine offers one of the most breathtaking views of Jakarta’s skyline. The space is clean, with sleek interiors and a premium feel. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the entry process was smooth. It’s a great spot for couples, tourists, or even locals looking for a different perspective of their city. On the downside, ticket prices might feel a bit steep for what is essentially a scenic stop, and crowd control could be better during peak hours. Overall, a great place to visit if you’re exploring Central Jakarta or want to catch a panoramic view of the city from above.

Amazing experience at Thamrin Nine Skydeck! The view from the top is absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset when the city lights start to glow. The whole place is clean, well-maintained, and not too crowded, which made it even more enjoyable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the process of booking through Klook was very smooth and convenient. It’s definitely a must-visit spot in Jakarta for stunning panoramic views and memorable photos. Highly recommended for both first-time visitors and anyone looking for a unique city experience!

If you go around sunset, you can see both the sunset and the night view, which is like killing two birds with one stone. It's nice to be able to see the entire Jakarta skyline from the open space. For reference, North Jakarta and East Jakarta are easily visible, but South Jakarta and West Jakarta are not.

A fun, new experience. Exciting to be able to explore the tallest building in Indonesia. Strategic location. Located in Agora Mall Thamrin. Staff is friendly and kind. The venue is closed when it rains for safety reasons. Thankfully, the tickets could be rescheduled after the rain stopped.
