Minimum Group Size Requirement

• This activity requires a minimum of 6 people to form a group. If the minimum number is not met, we will arrange a reschedule or a full refund for you.
• If the number of participants suddenly decreases to below the minimum group size standard within 3 days before the departure date, the organizer may still contact you to process a full refund and cancel the activity, or negotiate a reschedule.

Clothing and Items to Bring Each person can bring 1 piece of luggage. Depending on the situation, it may need to be placed in the luggage compartment or next to the seat. Please prepare personal protection against the cold or heat according to the season and weather changes.

Important Notes

• Infants who do not occupy a seat may need to purchase tickets for some items at their own expense. If you require a seat and meals (only for itineraries that provide meals), please register at the adult ticket price.
• This itinerary mainly provides commentary in Chinese and Japanese. There are English and Korean-speaking staff available (Please note that designated language services cannot be guaranteed in all situations and will ultimately depend on the arrangements of the day, as determined by the company.)
• The itinerary has a staff member on board, but does not provide professional guided tours of attractions.
• This itinerary may share a vehicle with other foreign tourists visiting Japan.
• Depending on the number of people, a medium or small-sized bus may be used. Sometimes the driver also serves as the on-board staff, please understand.
• It is not possible to reserve seats in advance. If you have special needs, you can inform the on-board staff on the day.
• There are no restrooms on the bus. Please make relevant preparations before departure.
• This itinerary is for online reservations. Please report to the meeting point on time according to the voucher content received in the order.
• Those who do not show up at the meeting time will be deemed as a cancellation, without further notice or refund.
• Unless there are special circumstances, our staff will not actively contact or notify passengers.
• Unless there is extreme weather, the activity will still be held as usual even if it rains, and the itinerary will not be cancelled, please understand.
• Please be on time for the meeting. Those who do not show up at the meeting time will be deemed as a cancellation, without further notice or refund.

Other Instructions

• The order of the itinerary, duration of stay, departure and arrival times may vary depending on traffic or weather conditions.
• If delays due to this cause you to miss connecting transportation, the extra transportation or accommodation costs incurred shall be borne by the passenger.
• If the activity is cancelled due to weather or other reasons on the day, you will be notified by phone or email. If you do not receive a notification, it will be considered a normal departure.
• Those who are late or unable to participate due to delays in their own transportation will be regarded as absent and will be required to pay cancellation fees.
