If you have any objections to the service standards of the travel agency during the trip, please try to solve them locally. If they cannot be resolved during the tour, you can file them locally. The validity period for travel complaints is 30 days from the date of return to the place of departure.

Single men and women must pay the room difference to book a room. There are no triple rooms in the hotel. Single men and women please pay the room difference; if you give up accommodation due to your own reasons, the accommodation fee will not be refunded.
- The return time from Mount Fanjing is late, it is recommended to plan your return transportation.
- The tour guide will inform you of the assembly matters by SMS or phone around 21:00 the day before. The tour guide's notice shall prevail (assembly time, location, license plate number and other precautions), please keep your mobile phone open.
