Good to know
- This tour is not suitable for children under 5 years old due to safety requirements.
- The tour departs directly from Cape Bruny Lighthouse; transport from Hobart is not included.
- If coming from off-island, check the Bruny Island ferry schedule and anticipate longer waits (up to 45 minutes to queue) during peak seasons.
- Set your GPS to use highways and main roads, not the shortest route, to ensure a smooth journey to the lighthouse.
- Factor in 15-20 minutes for parking your vehicle near the Lightstation and another 10 minutes to walk up to the Lighthouse Tower.
- Aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time; your guide will meet you at the lighthouse door.
- Ensure you have a valid Tasmanian National Parks Pass for entry into the South Bruny National Park.
