• For train schedules, the pickup and return are subject to availability and will be confirmed one day before the tour
• Ticket assignment depends on availability through the official Ministry of Culture of Peru. If Circuit2 is unavailable. Circuit 1 or 3 will be provided based on what's available
• During the briefing, the staff will provide a detailed tour explanation and hand over the train tickets and bus tickets and Machu Picchu entrance passes
• The operator will also contact the passengers to coordinate the type of briefing session they will have and will send the information by email

• Raincoat / poncho during the rainy season (December – April)
• Swimwear for the hot springs (optional)
• Snacks (everything is more expensive in Aguas Calientes)
• Cash (preferably soles)
